Tengo un sitio web el cual requiero que las Variables " Números"  del 1 al 999 quiero que queden bloqueados, marcados con rojo o que simplemente no queden visibles cuando estén agotados.
Lo intenté en  function.php También con Plug-ins Pero aun así no queda Bloqueado o Oculto.

Adjunto enlace, el número 5 ni el 2  no debería estar visible,
