Precisaria de um sistema integrado de whatsapp igual ao Gestor Messenger (https://www.gestormessenger.com/), obviamente poderia ser muito mais simples, apenas uma central de controle para:
- recepção das mensagens dos clientes recebidas por whatsapp
- direcionamento de conversa para responsável do escritório
-  integração para geração de tarefas no meu sistema CONTLABS.COM.BR
Objetivo da ferramenta é apenas gestão de conversas e não comercial (spam) ok, portanto os clientes já possuem o nosso whatsapp.

O Contlabs basicamente a gente usa php (lumen) no backend, react.JS (frontend) e MySQL (banco de dados), o sistema de whats app gerado por você deveria ter integração com esse tipo de sistema.
