2. Questions to be answered:

- Does the site highlight all current offerings?
- Is there phone, email, chat? Do they work?
- Is there a self-service or billing portal?
- Visitor tracking? Pixel?
- Mobile Optimized (tablets, phones, PC, etc)?
- Do Links work? Do forms work?
- Are there enough CTAs?
- Is accessibility covered?
- Test checkout
- Privacy Policy, Terms

On a general basis, these are the tasks we planned for whoever takes the job to perform:

Tasks:

Task 1: Gather information about the websites to be audited. This includes the website URL, target audience, and marketing goals.
Task 2: Use a website audit tool to scan the websites for technical errors. This includes checking for broken links, missing images, security vulnerabilities, etc.
Task 3: Conduct a manual audit of the websites. This includes evaluating the website design, user experience, and content.
Task 4: Analyze the website analytics data to track website traffic and engagement.
Task 5: Write a report that summarizes the findings of the website audit. The report should include recommendations for improvement.
