The task is to develop a website that has a function of detecting the early symptoms of ADHD. It consist of an interface of the survey that has around 30 questions followed by another interface that  will give you a brief description and analysis of the score the user obtained. Something that is very significant and crucial is that i want the website to be very interactive.

I want it to have Human Computer Interaction methods all over the site. The time limit is two weeks. Contact me for any inquiries about the project.
