Webportal for maintenance and building tasks such as a garage, where you can create it, receive bids from entrepreneurs.

Essentially what we wanna archive is a web portal much like Workana - where you create your task for getting proposals, then choose a winner for the project.

However the niche is within building and construction and not IT.

We would want essentially most of the same stuff as you have here, but in a smaller scale to begin with.

We are ready to build a prolonged collaboration for the project and add more features as time comes, so for the right candidate it can be long term.

Inspiration can also be drawn from this wordpress theme (however it should not be wordpress just to clarify)
