Debe ingresar al sitio web, y revisar minuciosamente cada uno de los archivos, para lograr identificar cual esta infectado o contiene malware.

Una vez, depurado su sitio, verificar  de google para webmaster en:

https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/home?hl=es

y ofrecer servicios periodicos para que esto no me suceda
