Hi,       
We need someone to set up a Simple website to feed asset numbers.

A single page with a button to present a current number pulled from a MySQL database. The number and button should be centered in the page and have a clean font and button style. Below should be a history log showing the button pushes, the number presented and time it was presented.
There should also be a separate page that allows manual input of a number to start from on the main page (adjustments in case there is a deviation). The main script should not allow any number that has been used before, it should have a simple check against the log.

The number should have total 6 characters proceeded by 0�s. Ex. 000056

This will be used for asset tagging client systems.
