Web Application Manage Orders and Orders Production

This is a Description of the applications requirements will provided sketches when project start

Super ADMIN
Will be able to create Admins, Providers, Companies, Clients
Admins can create Companies
Companies can create clients
Admins can create products
Admins must have the ability to create news to be displayed in client dashboard.
Admins must have the ability to assign products to companies with different prices per companies
Companies must have the ability to assign products to their clients with different prices per client with base price from what Admin already assigned.
Clients can place orders
Companies can place Orders
If the orders are edited after placement a notification will be generated.
Providers must have ability to set month per month the last day they will receive orders.
Admin, Companies and client must visualize the dates in which they can place orders.
Admin will receive the order and set type of payment for each order before send it to provider for review.
Provider can visualize each order and generate a review for the order place per product i.e

Client order        Provider Review
Product X  1000    Product X 1065

And send Order for approval of the Company
Admin and Company will receive notification via app and email that order is pending for Acknowledgment
When Companies Approved the OA order it will change the status of the order to Ready and can no longer be edited.
The provider will receive notifications for orders ready to start production.
The provider can change the status from ready to in production.
When the order is Out of production Provider can upload files to the order and place an Shipping date and an estimate arrival date.
When Provider upload files and set dates order status will change and Billing date of order will start counting.
Notifications will be generated to remind payment of the order for companies and admins.
Admins can visualize status of each payment orders with reports.
Reports
-Companies Statement
-Item Sales
-Payments Collected
-Revenue by companies
