Web Application based on Mern

We are looking for a full stack developer who can build a Saas tool that sends out mass emails. Basically an email sending tool that connects to an SMTP like Gmail, Yahoo etc and then sends out emails and follow up emails to multiple recipients.

A good example for such a tool would be ActiveCampaign and Mailshake. Please take a look at both these tools to get an idea of what I'm looking for. I would like to replicate these tools.

We would like to use MERN stack to build the tool on. This is a requirement.

We will provide the front-end designs and screens. These have already been completed. All we need is the developer to code the site and support it.

Do NOT message asking what my "budget" is. These messages will be ignored.

We are looking for a long-term partnership as the person who builds this tool will also support it on an on-going basis.

I would also like a rough timeline estimate as well.
