Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted automotive claims, including customer information, repair facility details, services requested, amounts requested, quality, and sufficiency of proof of failure provided.
Assess the accuracy of diagnostic reports and suggested services according to industry standards.
Determine the eligibility of claims based on service contract terms, warranty coverage, and repair necessity criteria. Process claims for payment or denial accordingly.
Evaluate supporting documentation, such as diagnostic reports, videos of failure, and invoices, to validate the services billed and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in claim submissions, collaborating with the internal team, repaid facilities, and vendors as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Highly proficient  in verbal and written English (C1-C2)
