Fall in Love with Life was founded by Liv Amato in 2021 following her own breakup.
The first product is a successful breakup journal called Fall in Love with your Breakup that aims at helping people to overcome their breakup and strengthen their relationship with themselves. Liv has also a growing and engaged community on her Instagram.

Liv is looking for German and English speaking assistant for the following tasks on a Minijob-Basis (ca. 9hrs/week):


Orders & Returns (2 hrs/week; 1hr x 2 days a week)
Check Fulfillment Management System
Check returns of the product in Fulfillment Management System
Make refunds to customers
Create refund Invoices

Invoicing (2 hrs/week; 1hr x 2 days a week)
Delete Shopify duplicate orders from Amazon/Etsy Orders in Billbee
Create invoices in Billbee
File Invoices in Dropbox

Content & Communication (5 hrs/week; 1hr x 5 days a week)
Plan Instagram content in Preview Planning Tool (adding ready made content into Preview, adding captions & Hashtags)
Post Instagram Content (as planned in Preview)
Repost in story connecting to a story or survey in Instagram
Community and Customer Management (Instagram & E-Mail) for logistical issues (no need to give relationship/breakup advice)
