Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Executive Assistant and Social Media Director to support Zeke Freeman in his roles as CEO of Root Architecture and Development and host of the Radical Hospitality podcast. This role involves managing high-level executive tasks and driving a strategic social media presence to the business and podcast.

Contexto Geral do Projeto

Key Responsibilities: • Executive Assistance: o Assist Zeke with both professional and personal priorities related to running his multiple companies, family and healthy life. O Assist with various client follow ups, thank you notes and project administration tasks. O Assist in managing communications and liaising with key stakeholders in architecture and development projects. O Assist with city and permit follow-ups. • Social Media Coordinator: o Oversee and manage social media growth and engagement strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. O Develop and schedule consistent, engaging content that reflects the brand of Root Architecture, the Radical Hospitality podcast, and hotel projects. O Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement. O Foster engagement by interacting with followers and growing the online presence to support both business and podcast visibility. O Help convert Social Media engagement into client meetings. O Write a monthly newsletter of various projects, and activities across Root Architecture activities o Assist with coordinating project website updates. • Podcast & Show Management: o Coordinate all aspects of the Radical Hospitality podcast, including guest outreach, scheduling, recording logistics. O Manage the promotion of the podcast across social media, ensuring it aligns with broader content and business strategy. O Assist with Guest Research prior and questions prior to show. O Assist with feedback and guidance to podcast editor for more engaging content. Qualifications: • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and a dynamic schedule. • Proven experience with social media management and content creation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
