Position responsibilities: Great Sales Skills, getting new clients, excellent customer services, providing pricing over the phone and quotes over our CRM. Answer phone calls and inquiries, provide office support to the technicians and office staff help with projects.

Hello! Are you the candidate we're seeking? We're hiring right now! We are a small cleaning company looking to build a long-term relationship with the right freelancer to help us with up-level sales and daily management of technicians, and customer calls. Our office team consists of 3 people. We’re looking for a goal-oriented, focused, assertive, organized, and energetic Customer Sales support person who will be responsible for some administrative tasks, taking calls, answering emails, and texting current and new clients. You will offer an awesome experience since their first call and proactively follow up will develop a long-term relationship with each client. Our goal is to retain our customers and wow them with fast, friendly support.
