We are looking for a part-time rockstar virtual assistant to make sure our business runs smoothly. Customer service and some marketing will be required.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
-Manage and create posts on our social media sites.
-Tracking employee performance and statistics.
-Google My Business

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following
-Social Media, brand nad leading generation
-Hootsuite, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, Linknd, Twitter, etc.


It’s super important that our VA would be:
-A fast learner
-Pays close attention to detail
-Follow instructions to the letter

In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc
Gmail and other email applications
Google Docs
Google Sheets
Google Slides
Google Calendar
Canva
Project management software (Clickup, Slack, Google Docs)

This is a part-time position Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5pm US EST Time
