Produktivo is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in Zoho One to help streamline our business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho applications. Your primary role will be to set up and maintain our business processes within the Zoho One ecosystem, ensuring smooth and efficient operation for the Produktivo team.

Responsibilities:

Set up and configure Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho applications.
Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications.
Train team members on using Zoho applications effectively.
Maintain and update Zoho applications as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with Zoho One, including Projects, Desk, and CRM.
Strong understanding of business operations and workflow optimization.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
