Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant with experience as an executive admin to support our expanding operations. The ideal candidate is a people person with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination.
    •    Assist with property management tasks, including scheduling maintenance, coordinating with tenants, and managing property listings.
    •    Prepare and manage documentation, contracts, and reports.
    •    Handle communication with clients, tenants, and contractors, ensuring all interactions are professional and timely.
    •    Manage and update our CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
    •    Perform research tasks, such as market analysis and property evaluations.
    •    Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

    •    Proven experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.
    •    Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    •    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
    •    Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems is a plus.
    •    Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    •    A positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of the company.

Work Hours:

    •    4-6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
    •    Flexible working hours with some overlap with the U.S. Central Time Zone.
