As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming voice and friendly face of our agency, managing client communications, assisting with marketing efforts, and providing vital administrative support. You’ll help ensure our clients feel valued and our team operates efficiently.

Project overview

What You’ll Do Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and care. Manage customer profiles and maintain accurate records. Support the team with document preparation, data entry, and routine correspondence. Create and manage engaging content for social media, newsletters, and blogs. Assist with marketing campaigns to attract new and renewal business. Use tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Hawksoft, and Agency Zoom to streamline operations. What We’re Looking For A people person with a friendly, professional demeanor. Fluent in Spanish and English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an eagerness to learn new software. Experience in social media management and marketing is a plus! A team player who is reliable, ethical, and motivated to succeed.
