Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with all aspects of short-term property management. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our properties, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage property listings on popular short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, etc.
- Monitor and respond to guest inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Coordinate and manage bookings, including reservation confirmations, check-in/check-out procedures, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Oversee property maintenance and ensure timely repairs or necessary improvements are carried out.
- Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are cleaned and prepared for each guest.
- Optimize property listings for maximum visibility and bookings.
- Monitor and manage pricing and availability to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as guest reviews, occupancy rates, and revenue, and provide regular reports to the property owner.
- Assist with the process of becoming a Superhost on Airbnb by meeting and maintaining the necessary criteria.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to short-term property management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in short-term property management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Hostaway, Guesty Pro, or similar platforms.
- Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, owners, and service providers.
- Familiarity with Airbnb's Superhost program and the requirements to achieve and maintain Superhost status.
- References from previous employers or clients in the short-term property management field.
