Work Hours:
    •    38 hours per week
    •    Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 1 pm and 3 pm - 6 pm (pst) 7 hrs
    •    saturday: 10 am - 1 pm (pst)  3 hrs

key responsibilities:

    1.    Communication Management:
    •    Responding to and initiating calls, SMS messages, and emails.
    •    Managing inquiries and requests from the website, social media (IG, Facebook), and email.
    •    Monitoring and responding to social media messages and comments.
    •    Conducting cold calls to hotels and event planners to promote studio services and build partnerships.
    •    Following up on client inquiries and leads, ensuring timely responses.
    2.    Social Media Engagement:
    •    Welcoming new followers on social media platforms (IG, Facebook).
    •    Engaging with audience through regular communication and maintaining positive relationships.
    3.    Scheduling and Coordination:
    •    Organizing schedules for art instructors and managing studio bookings.
    •    Ensuring the calendar is up-to-date with workshop and event schedules.
    •    Communicating any schedule changes or updates with the team and clients.
    4.    Record Keeping:
    •    Keeping a detailed written track of all client and lead interactions, including follow-up actions.
    •    Updating records in Excel and transitioning data to CRM (Client Relationship Management) software.
    5.    Personal Assistance to CEO:
    •    Managing the CEO’s personal calendar, tasks, and reminders.
    •    Providing general administrative support, ensuring the CEO’s schedule is optimized.

Requirements and Qualifications:

    •    Access to reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer.
    •    Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
    •    Availability to work the required hours in the Pacific Time Zone. We can be flexible
    •    Proficient computer skills, particularly with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other technology tools.
    •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    •    Experience with managing multiple communication channels (calls, emails, social media).
    •    Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
    •    Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    •    Familiarity with CRM tools and customer management practices is a plus.

Starting pay is $125 per week with bonuses and regular pay increases
