Job Description:

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with experience to make calls and gather key information about real estate properties.

Responsibilities:
- Make calls to property owners, real estate agents, and other sources to obtain details about properties and pricing.
- Gather information on comparable properties (comps) for market analysis.
- Accurately document the information collected in an organized manner.
- Create clear reports on properties and comps
- Follow up on calls and coordinate meetings when necessary.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate or phone-based sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in making calls.
- Ability to collect and organize information effectively.
- Basic knowledge of real estate tools (MLS, Zillow, etc.) Is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
