Role Overview

As a Virtual Assistant/Chatter, you will be responsible for driving private sales, managing account content, answering comments, and engaging with fans via direct messages. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to maintain a positive and profitable fan experience.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate and manage private sales conversations through direct messages with fans to maximize earnings for the creator.
Assist in uploading and organizing content ensuring consistent and high-quality content delivery.
Respond to comments on posts and engage with fans in a professional, friendly, and personalized manner.
Answer and manage fan inquiries, providing a premium and engaging experience to build loyalty and retain subscribers.
Collaborate with the talent management team to implement strategies that align with the creator’s branding and revenue goals.
Track interactions and sales conversions to report progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Strong familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive content and client information.
Strong ability to identify opportunities for upselling and private sales in a respectful, engaging way.

Referral program

Uncapped number of referrals can be sent to UNLEASH.
To redeem the referral bonus, the referral needs to work with us for a minimum of 30 days.
The referral commission is $100 per referral and may be subject to change in the future.
Referrals should have a C1/C2 English level or equivalent.
