Cold Calls Sellers B2c

**Jea Holdings Florida**, a company established in the USA with offices in the state of Florida, is looking for **telemarketers** to make cold calls.

#### Requirements:
- At least 6 months of sales experience.
- Bilingüal on English - Spanish (must to have at least Advanced level of one of them).
- Quiet space to make calls.
- Laptop or personal computer with internet access.
- Availability: The Time is on EST (East Standart Time)
  - **Part Time:** Morning 8am - 12am, Afternoon 1pm - 5pm.
  - **Full Time:** 8am - 5pm.

Job Description:

**B2C (Business to Consumer):**
- Contact people to offer General Liability insurance and commercial auto insurance.
- If someone is interested, request the minimum data and follow up until they purchase the insurance.

**Payment:**
- **Part Time:** 100 USD per month + Commissions (30 USD per sale). Commissions start after 4 monthly sales.
- **Full Time:** 200 USD per month + Commissions (32 USD per sale). Commissions start after 8 monthly sales.

**Commission Structure:**
- Level 0: 4 to 8 sales = 30 USD per sale.
- Level 1: 9 to 12 sales = 32 USD per sale.
- Level 2: 13 to 16 sales = 35 USD per sale.
- Level 3: 17 to 20 sales = 40 USD per sale.
- Level 4: 21 to 24 sales = 48 USD per sale.

**Trial Period:**
- 2 weeks trial period.
- To pass the trial period, you must close between 2 and 4 sales.
- The trial period is unpaid if the objectives are not met.
