Ux/Ui Designer

Hello!

We are a small, fast-growing startup that has created a software platform for small staffing agencies to run their businesses. We have a few hundred customers using our platform and more joining quickly, which is very exciting, and we need your help!

We are looking for someone to join our UX team. Our goal is to improve the usability of our web and app-based platform by making small but fast consistent improvements to our UI and overall user experience.
Your primary responsibility will be to understand the functionality of various system modules, document their configurations, and design a better experience.
You will receive support and work directly with our UX Design Lead.

We are looking for individuals who are naturally curious and used to finding solutions independently. Previous experience in UX research is a big plus!

We are based in North America and are looking for someone who can work the North American hours.
Strong communication skills are of course very important, but being the kind of person who enjoys talking to others and who others enjoy talking with!
