Ux Researcher

We are looking for a Bilingual  (en-es) ux researcher for an american non-profit in the automotive industry

team&tonic helps startups scale their design teams. We’re looking for a UX researcher to work with one of our clients.

Our client is an American non-profit that facilitates collaboration among global automotive industry leaders to optimize supply chain efficiency. With a membership exceeding 4,000 companies, including manufacturers, suppliers, and international entities, the organization drives industry-wide best practices through standards, conferences, and collaborative initiatives.

As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in driving the transformation of a complex website catering to automotive industry professionals. Utilize User Research insights to simplify design, enhance usability, and lay the groundwork for continuous enhancements.

How will we work?

This is a remote freelance position, and we’re looking for someone who can commit to working with us part-time. As the relationship progresses, this could turn into a full-time position with the possibility of ongoing collaboration on future projects.

What do we require?

- 3+ years of proven experience as a UX Researcher, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful research studies and their impact on design decisions.
- Proficiency in a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user testing, interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey research findings in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with designers and stakeholders.
- A big plus if you have experience with the automotive industry or educational websites.
- Native or fluent English and Spanish are required.
