Main technology: Ruby  Task Description:   Rails Upgrade, and Ad-hoc work.  Technologies, tools and languages experience (Mandatory):  -Web Designer with skills in html, css and javascript.  -Image editing (Photoshop, etc), web editors.
 -The expectation is to find a UI Designer and Usability with implementation capabilities means, he is a good designer and have good knowledge on user experience. In addition he has enough knowledge in javascript, html and CSS to integrate the design in the site by creating responsive layouts, and applying changes to current RoR templates. They are not expecting they are expert in JS frameworks.
