I need to migrate an existing content from a website to another with certain additional components such as upgrading, fixes and mobile responsiveness.

1. UPGRADE a. Upgrade Php version b. Upgrade Mysql database version c. Upgrading Drupal from version 7 to version 8.8.2 d. Upgrading mySQL database structure e. Upgrading All existing Drupal Modules f. Modify existing Drupal Templates (compatible to version 8) 2. MIGRATION a. Migrating existing content and using back existing theme b. Disable website data updates 3. Additional fixes a. Existing functionalities which are broken to be fixed such as • Search function • Forms fields • Admin control b. Existing users to clean up especially those has not login for more than 2 years 4. Mobile responsiveness a. Conversion and support of site to be mobile responsive 5. Payment module a. Online payment for members to do renewal b. Online payment for customer to do registration
