Demanda: fixar o erro do failed em service e upgrade data do postgres-9.6 para postresql-12.
Uso banco de dados PostgreSQL 9.6, instalado na VM Instance do GCP, flora-vm, com sistema operacional CentOS Linux release 7.7.1908 (Core),com hd de 40 gb e 47% livre, ip externo 35.224.90.107, DNS https://sisflora.com.br, servidor web Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) OpenSSL/1.0.2k-fips PHP/7.3.16, conforme link https://sisflora.com.br/phpinfo.php. Realizo snapshots diariamente armazenadas até 14 dias. Foi gerado backup com pg_dumpall para todo o cluster, pg_dump de cada banco de dados e uma Machine images no Google Cloud Computing.

Após comando indevido o postgresql-9.6.service está retornando failed, parando de funcionar. Após instalação, postgresql-12.service também retornando failed.
