Upgrade Joomla Version

Job : Upgrade Joomla version 3.x to latest version 3.9 for two similar sites. One is .com and another is .com.sg.

Once the job is awarded, i will send working files (in a single zip) and database in SQL zip (localhost version). Once the job is completed, developer will need to send back the same set of files to me. I will verify the work and test using localhost easyphp WAMP environment.


Please ensure all modules, plugins, templates are in good orders. If there is obsolete modules/plugins, do highlight to me and do appreciate you can suggest a replacement. I am very concerned on vulnerable extensions.
So, hope to get my consent before replacing them. Since my current Joomla is quite latest and is not a major upgrade, so i believe it is very rate they can be obsolete.
