Realizar a atualização de aplicativo android.

O aplicativo agora deve fazer também:

- Auto iniciar junto com o dispositivo;
- Auto conectar com dispositivo bluetooth com MAC cadastrado no menu;
- Em caso de perda de pareamento bluetooth reconectar automaticamente.
