- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
- Ability to balance user needs, technology constraints, and business goals to create a useful, usable, and desirable product
- Excellent interaction and user interface design skills, including creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Experience partnering with Product Managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features
- Fluency in Sketch preferred
- Working knowledge of other wireframing and prototyping tools a plus
- Ability to thrive in an iterative, collaborative environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in front of a variety of audiences
- Ability to groom the team from a practice enrichment standpoint
