Traffic manager will execute all DCM campaign manager implementation according to global guidelines, will update campaigns for accuracy purposes and will qa pre-activation. 

Tasks: QA Tagging and traffic request. Build Trafficking Sheet per campaign based on approved Media Plans.
Implement campaign structure in campaign manager.
