Tenho um servidor dedicado na Server4u e conta ativa no cpanel. Por algum motivo os sites não estão abrindo e os e-mails tb não estão funcionando.

Segue abaixo retorno do suporte do servidor:
We are aware of a persisting network problem with your servers, which results
in them being temporarily unavailable. We are working on the issue and expect
it to resolve in the next few hours.
Please provide us with a MTR from your location to the server.


You can install the Linux version as follows:
SuSE: yast \-i mtr
Debian / Ubuntu: apt-get install mtr
CentOS: yum install mtr

A windows version is also available at
[1]http://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/

In preparing the MTR please consider:
- The MTR should have 1000 packets sent to each hop. Which should take about
15 minutes of runtime.
- We need the MTR to show the traffic from both directions, so once again from
the client to the server and from the server to the client
- The mtr must be ran during the time that an issue is occurring, if there is
no ongoing problem then the mtr will not show that there is an issue.

You should also record the date and time that you have tested. Please copy and
paste the result, with your reply, into this ticket.
