Tema de descargas para Wordpress con Divi Builder

Voy a renovar el tema de mi blog, el mismo lo voy a hacer con Divi Builder, para el Home necesito una plantilla estilo magazine, un estilo general para las noticias individuales y la sección especial que sera de descargas de apps al estilo de apkmirror, donde la parte especial es crear un registro de usuarios mediante google+ y facebook para que solo los usuarios registrados puedan descargar las apps, Las Apps se subirán y actualizaran manualmente desde el control de panel de WordPress.

Finalmente el Tema deberá cargar rápido, pasar de los 90 puntos en google respecto a la carga del tema sin anuncios de adsense.
