- Experiencia en administración de sistemas de VICIDial y FreePBX.
- Instalación y configuración de VTiger, integración de VTiger con la aplicación VICIDial y FreePBX.


- Configuración de dispositivos SIP, configuración de troncales VoIP, configuración de teléfonos VOIP / teléfonos blandos.
- Instalación y configuración de la tarjeta PRI / E1 (Sangoma y Digium).
- Instalación de puertas de enlace Voip / sip (gsm gw, fxo gw, fxs gw) - dinstar, grandstream & sangoma, etc.


- Instalación y configuración de iSymphony en FreePBX.
- Configuración de FAX en FreePBX.
- FAX a correo electrónico en FreePBX.


- Instalación y configuración del sistema operativo Linux como CentOS, Ubuntu y OpenSuse.
-  Configuraciones requeridas en un asterisco como ivr (basado en gui o plan de marcado), página de agente de vicidial personalizada, logotipo personalizado, etc.
