UPDATE:

The project is very simple, you will create a Stripe payment form that offers the following options on Stripe Checkout Link:

The customer can pay the full amount by card; (or)
The customer can pay the amount in installments in 2x, or 3x, or 4x, by card;

NOTE:
I think using the Stripe Checkout Link is the simple and easy way of doing this project, so integration can be done directly on Stripe dasboard?

What I need is to be able to create any product on Stripe Dashboard with the above payment options, so I can just use / create Stripe Checkout Link whatever I need.

EXAMPLE:
I need a stripe checkout that offer the option for my clients to pay the full price or in installments. Example: Lets say a product is $400,00. I need the options: To pay the $400,00 in full or in 2x of $200,00, or in 4x of $100,00.
