Developer of a new residential island is intending to increase the load on existing structures (small blockwork quay wall and revetment) and to build inside the previously defined set-backs of the structures.

Looking for an experienced geotechnical engineer/modeller to check overall stability, sliding, overturning and bearing pressure on the existing structures considering the increased loads and propose solutions if needed and if available. Final outcome to be reported in a stability review technical note.
