El objetivo del proyecto es desarrollar un sistema de speech analytics para analizar audios en formato wav y ogg y de este modo identificar si hay algunas palabras o frases dentro del audio ya pre-grabado.

Por ejemplo identificar los audios que digan "Fraude" ó "No importa" ó groserías.

El catalogo de frases debe ser dinámica y puede variar de entre 10 y 20.
