This is a Fulltime Position (Permanent Jo) for Someone Speaking Excellent English And Spanish.
40 Hours A Week
We will sign a contract with you before starting.

Hi,

I am looking for a virtual assistant that is bilingual in Spanish and English and is available to work from 9am pst until 3 or 5pm pst monday through friday for a doctor's office long term (>12 months).

Must have reliable internet.

Duties include
- data entry
- translating over the phone
- calling people to obtain information
- scheduling appointments
- responding to emails and voicemails
- using a Slack like program

You will have weekly meetings to answer any questions with the doctor (who is also bilingual). You will have access to a mentor/support team. You will be given scripts to use and specific questions to ask.

You do NOT have to: scribe, create social media, create marketing emails, code, create graphics.

You do NOT need to have any previous healthcare experience.

You will be using Zoho. We will provide you training for same.

Project overview

In the meantime, here are our requirements for this project. 1. Speak English and Spanish 2. Have access to reliable video and internet connection 3. Be available 9 am -5 pm pst 5 days per week (no weekends unless you want it) 4. When a patient enters an office they will call you over the phone. You will talk to them to check them in, enter any more information, and update the database. 5. Enter information into Zoho CRM database. We will provide training. 6. Respect hipaa (sign baa) (you are supposed to sign this with us) 7. Be called on the phone to help translate English and Spanish (be a translator) 8. Book appointments for patients. Can book on Zoho Booking. 9. Gather patient information over the phone by talking to patient 10. Pick up phones when someone calls to answer questions. (Script will be provided to you in advance) 11. Calls patients back after checking the voicemail 12. Check emails and responds 13. Communicate with doctor via Zoho Cliq (like Slack) 14. Call in medications to pharmacies 15. Make explainer videos and binder for workflow steps (This helps whoever joins the team after you.) Please read through the description and let me know if any queries. Thanks.
