Pessoal, tudo bem?

Fiz uma pequena baguncinha no site aqui e preciso de ajuda. Estava tentando aumentar o limite de upload dos arquivos que subo no wordpress e um tutorial na internet ensinou que era só alterar o arquivo htaccess direto por um plugin chamado wp htaccess editor.

Neste plugin inseri a seguinte linha de código:

php_value max_execution_time 300
php_value max_input_time 300
php_value memory_limit 30M
php_value post_max_size 100M
php_value upload_max_filesize 30M

Cliquei e atualizar e... O site caiu. Não consigo acessar nem wp-admin e não faço ideia de como arrumar. Tentei acessar o CPANEL e não acho o plugin em nenhum lugar pra excluir ele.
Também não to achando o bendito do arquivo HTACCESS pra tentar alterar por lá mesmo.

Enfim, o site tem salvação?
