In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling video content for our company's social media channels. What you'll be doing

Conceptualize, film, edit and produce high-quality social media videos that align with Xcelerate Management's brand and marketing strategy
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content objectives and develop video ideas that resonate with our target audience
Utilize video editing software to shape raw footage into polished, visually appealing final products
Ensure videos adhere to platform-specific requirements and best practices
Assist in the distribution and promotion of video content across our social media channels
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our video content

What we're looking for

Minimum of 1 years of experience in social media video editing and production
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools
Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for visuals and design
Familiarity with social media platform requirements and best practices for video content
Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Adaptability and willingness to experiment with new video formats and techniques
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with the marketing team
Willingness to grow within the company
