We are an emerging social media agency seeking a talented Video Editor to cut and optimize our videos for social media platforms. As part of our creative team, you will play a crucial role in shaping engaging content that captivates our clients' audiences on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.

What we expect from you:

Experience and expertise in video editing and cutting, particularly for social media. You should understand the vertical aspect ratio, adhere to safe zones, and have a deep understanding of viewing habits on these platforms. A strong hook, compelling storytelling, attention-grabbing elements, and a clear call-to-action should be second nature to you.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. This software is our agency's standard, so solid knowledge and practical experience are required.

Experience in creating content for Instagram and TikTok. You should be familiar with the specific requirements and best practices of these platforms, knowing how to create content that thrives in these environments.

The ability to edit various types of videos, including commercials, recruiting ads, and editorial content. You should be able to choose the right cuts, transitions, and effects to convey a coherent and appealing visual message.

Basic skills in visual effects and animations are advantageous but not mandatory.

A strong commitment to maintaining our quality standards and editing guidelines. Our videos need to be high-quality and meet the aesthetic demands of Instagram.

Taking responsibility for selecting and using music and sound effects. While music will be provided, you should be able to choose suitable sound effects from a provided database.

You will work independently and not directly collaborate with other team members such as graphic designers or copywriters.

Flexible working hours as you will have the freedom to manage your workload. While there are no specific deadlines or work volumes, a certain degree of flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing project requirements is expected.
