Se requiere desarrollar un sitio web que permita el registro de predios o lotes donde la aplicación utilice el API de Google maps para agregar el polígono y el área del terreno y agregar información del mismo. Una vez registrado se debe realizar un estudio de viabilidad para construcción dónde se debe pasar por un flujo de trabajo por 6 etapas hasta validar si el territorio está apto para construcción. El sitio debe tener un módulo de reportes e indicadores para conocer el flujo del estado de los terrenos registrados.
