Fazer um site simples com os seguintes campos a serem preenchidos:

1- dado 1 (ex: nome)
2- dado 2 (ex: e-mail)

ao enviar esses dados o cliente deve visualizar uma página com:

1- seu nome e a foto que constam no mariadb;
2- botão para download da foto;
3- botão para postar a foto no facebook; (se possível)
4- botão para postar a foto no instagram. (se possível)
