Olá devs!
Preciso de alguém que consiga desenvolver um site com scroll horizontal suave e com efeitos de rolagem como o da referência (https://www.perennialatx.com/). Eu preciso que ele tenha uma rolagem suave, que tenha os mesmos efeitos nos títulos (quando fazemos o scroll o texto se move suavemente de acordo com a posição de rolagem).
O layout já está definido e criado. Utilizei a plataforma wordpress.
