O sistema irá funcionar como negativador de pessoas..

Exemplo:

O lojista terá seu usuário e senha para logar no sistema, ao acessar ele terá acesso a fazer uma consulta para saber se aquele cliente tem debitos vencidos em outros estabelecimento e também consegue fazer a inclusão de um cliente como devedor dentro da plataforma..

Algo parecido com SERASA porém mais simples, e terá caráter regional.
