Preciso desenvolver um sistema SAAS simples, com login e senha para corretores e Imobiliárias.

Terá um simulador online de financiamento imobiliário, e também terá uma parte de vídeo aulas para corretores.

Obs: Já tive a primeira versão. E agora quero melhorar ela.

Project overview

Objetivo é entregar uma ferramenta para agilizar a vida do corretor de imóveis, e para ajudar as imobiliárias a vender mais e a ter uma conversão maior. Quero que tenha um filtro para determinar o que fazer com cada cliente. (Sei fazer esse filtro de cabeça, e tenho tudo pré esquematizado) (A minha primeira versão está disponível, e podemos usar como base).
