Diseño de formulario de ingreso de datos que se especificaran a continuación y con capacidad de subir a servidor mysql fotos y videos pero que logre dejarlas más livianas, y redimensione las imágenes de preferencia con javascript y php. Es decir si la fotografía a subir es de 10MB que logre reducirla un 90 % al igual los videos en formato MP4.
