Ola a todos , preciso criar um sistema de cadastro de contratos com formularios, onde apos preenchido gerem alguns arquivos que eu ja tenho em pdf .

Preciso tambem que para cada certificado gerado gere um qr code .

Eu ja tenho praticamente o sistema todo pronto, infelizmente meu antigo programador sumiu .
