Rrealizar una aplicacion para pc, para contar votos,  en propiedad horizontal; donde el votante pueda elejir si o no o en blanco, se sume por apartamento y por coeficiente (el coeficiente es el valor que se le asigna a cada apartamento por los metros que tiene) ya que en propiedad horizontal se cuenta por coeficiente.
Que el resultado se pueda ver en vivo y al final del conteo se tenga el resultado por coeficiente y numero de votos.
