Necesito desarrollar un sistema con base web o Android app donde se puedan registar las ventas de un negocio en linea por parte de los vendedores desde sus dispositivos celulares al moemneto de realizar la venta  y esto sea almacenado en bases de datos y se pueda bajar a excel, ademas el registro debe ser direccionado al departamento indicado para la activacion y poaterior instalacion al cliente todo debe ser amigable con el usuario y en tiempo real
